Encouraging women to find more JOY in their life & work!

DYJ community.jpg

We are primarily a women-only coworking space, providing work, training and meeting space for solo entrepreneurs, small businesses and flexible remote workers. We also host and rent our spaces for workshops, photo shoots, seminars and meetings on evening and weekends.

Are you happy with your current work environment?

Does it daily bring you joy or rob you of it?

We built our space with 3 things in mind…

Community

You are not alone!

Life as an entrepreneur, solopreneur, or remote worker can feel externally isolating and lonely.

We intentionally provide opportunities before and after focused office hours allowing you to form real connections, while encourage each other, celebrating successes and providing some much needed accountability!

Collaboration

Women Supporting Women!

We have found we can grow faster and bigger when we don’t just work in silo!

We provide weekly networking opportunities, quarterly peer support groups and a community Market place to highlight your business or products!

We have a niche membership: Max of 30 women business owners, freelancers and independent remote workers. We opened in 2016 to provide what we felt our members needed most:

  • Beautiful, professional-yet-creative meeting areas

  • Open and spacious work areas

  • Space for workshops, trainings, networking and other events

  • kitchen and bar for true hospitality

  • And the most important: a like-minded community for collaboration and support

On any given day, you’ll find be greeted by one or two friendly faces: our Community Builders. Working as a team, they take care of everything hands-on on a part-time basis, assisting our members, greeting new ones, building relationships, lending an ear, and leading our member events.
